We focus on teaching speed, agility, strength, balance and cardio.
We embed character discussions teaching the importance of finding your passion, building your team, and developing the grit to overcome obstacles in life in an exciting team-based atmosphere.
The program is offered for spring and fall seasons, each having a 6 week duration. Teams meet twice a week for an hour.
All participating schools in an area compete with their team to conquer an obstacle course and get their best time.
