We focus on 5 fundamentals of fitness - speed, agility, strength, balance and cardio.

Character Building

We teach the importance of finding your passion, building your team, and developing the grit to overcome obstacles in life.

School Seasons

We have a fall and spring season. Each has a 6 week duration. Teams meet twice a week for one hour.

Big Event

Each X2F team gets a chance to conquer our obstacle course and get their best time.
